Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal to print a prepaid shipping label or bring your original receipt to any Modell's store location.

  Securely pack your gear and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or hand it to a store associate for immediate processing.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
